Guarantee

For the manufacture of our products, we exclusively use slow-growth Nordic spruce wood from Scandinavian forests, renowned for its exceptional characteristics:

High-Quality Wood:
Due to its slow growth, wood obtained from slow-growth Scandinavian spruces is renowned for its excellent quality. It has a fine grain, higher density, and superior strength compared to wood from faster-growing trees. These characteristics make it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Strength and Durability:
Slow-growth Scandinavian spruce wood is notably strong and durable. This robustness makes it particularly suitable for projects where longevity and resistance are essential, such as house construction.

Dimensional Stability:
Due to its slow growth, Scandinavian spruce wood is less prone to shrinking and swelling caused by humidity and temperature variations compared to wood from faster-growing trees. This contributes to its dimensional stability over time.

Aesthetic Appeal:
Scandinavian spruce wood has a light and uniform hue, which is appreciated for its aesthetic appearance. It can be easily painted or treated to achieve the desired look.

Weather Resistance:
Thanks to its density and slow growth, Scandinavian spruce wood is often more resistant to weather conditions and wear than less dense woods.

To ensure the production of high-quality structures, it is essential not only to have quality raw materials but also to have highly professional staff and advanced machinery. With this in mind, GALANIS SRL continues to invest constantly.

This allows us to offer our customers a 10-year warranty for products with walls thicker than 44 mm. For structures with walls thinner than 44 mm, we offer a 5-year warranty. Doors and windows are covered by a 10-year warranty.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers’ satisfaction.

Conditions under which our warranty will not apply:
Inadequate Foundation:
The building must be installed on a solid, level base that complies with the specific measurements provided for each cabin. Using an inadequate base excludes warranty coverage.

Incorrect Assembly:
If the customer or a third-party assembly service has not followed the assembly instructions provided with the purchase, the warranty will be invalid.

Modifications or Alterations After Delivery:
Any modification or alteration made to the product after delivery, even if minor, excludes the warranty.

Failure to Treat the Wood:
An approved cut-end treatment must be applied to any part of the wood immediately after it has been cut, drilled, or perforated. Failure to apply this treatment will void the warranty.

Inadequate Maintenance:
If the product is not painted inside and outside after assembly and not repainted at least once a year with oil-based paint or preservative with a thickness of 80 to 120 microns, the warranty will be invalid.

Contact with External Elements:
If the product has come into close contact with plants, trees, or exterior walls, allowing moisture to enter the wood, the warranty will be excluded.

Post-Initial Purchase:
If the product was not purchased by the applicant from the beginning, the warranty will not apply.

Roof or Covering Damage:
If the roof or roof covering is damaged or incorrectly installed, allowing moisture to infiltrate, the warranty will not apply.

Inadequate Storage:
If the product was not stored in a dry place before assembly, the warranty will be invalid.

Failure to Adjust Hinges:
If the hinges are not adjusted when doors and windows expand or contract due to the natural characteristics of wood, the warranty will not apply.

High Humidity Levels:
If the humidity levels inside exceed 50%, the warranty will not apply.

It is important to note that wood is a natural material and can undergo changes over time, including movement, deformation, cracks, and splits, especially under unfavorable weather conditions. However, these natural changes do not affect the strength of the product and are not covered by the warranty.
